Plain.  Simple.  It sounds ridiculous right? Of course you should be able to say the word "sex" on the radio.  We see softcore displays of sexuality on Cable TV and even network television (thanks Janet Jackson for giving the FCC an incentive to try and censor even more!).  Apparently, the FCC thinks the opposite.  I'm referring to Howard Stern, and how the FCC is so afraid of him, that they want him off the air.  Mr. Stern for 20 years has entertained listeners and revolutionized the format of talk radio.  Every idiot you hear doing a morning show on your local station is a spin-off of Stern.

Quite Simply, if you don't like Howard Stern, there's an off button on your radio.  Hit it, and don't turn him on again.  He'll do you no harm.  When all the bills are passed through congress concerning censorship, there will be no more Howard Stern, and many entertainers are going to be forced to "clean up" something that really doesn't need "cleaned up" in the first place.

I hope at the end of all this, the religious people and people who are so afraid of the world are happy.  Censorship of this brand is a temporary solution; you won't be able to oppress these people forever.  At the root of it, it IS religious America who hates Stern.  I'm sorry to say it folks, but Stern will not turn your daughter into a bleach blonde whore, that's Brittany Spears' line of work.

My beef isn't with the people hating Stern, so please don't get that impression, although, I see how you may.  I'm just angered because justice is not served to all who "violate" the code, and simply that, the code.  It wouldn't be so bad if I knew there were honest people working behind "cleaning up" the media, but I know they aren't.  Their agenda is not censorship...

To close this, I must ask, this is a rhetorical question, or answer it if you choose... Have these people who hate Howard Stern or anyone like him ever actually listened to him? He runs a decent show people.

If you're going to call me a Stern fanboy after this, save it, this is a metaphor for my anger in such harsh censorship to people who do not deserve it.

Thanks for reading... if you do :)

edit: the second to last paragraph I added an hour or so after submission, I forgot to add it, and i thought it was important. thanks!
